The secrets of the Ligurian cuisine will be introduced to you during the preparation of your own dinner.The course will be held by Mamma Piera, the mother of the farmhouse owner or by Alberto, a young, sympathic cook from Genoa. You will have a lot of fun while preparing the authentic ligurian dishes as for example the Pansoti ”con salsa di noci” (walnut sauce). In the relaxing atmosphere of the Villa and its surrounding gardens and accompanied by a good wine you will enjoy an unforgettable afternoon and with the likeable company of the little group of your “classmates” you will have a very delicious dinner.
